Constantly complains about insurance companies.

Dr. Garcia took the time to share the information I needed to start my journey to a healthy me. She was honest about my diabetes and the impacts is was having on my life, while encouraging me at the same time. She offered great suggestions to help me make those first steps and now, I am coming off or lowering meds for diabetes and blood pressure. Today I am down almost 30 lbs. I fee like we are a team and she cares about her patients. Dr. Garcia has blessed me and guided me to retake control of my health.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Dr. Garcia. I called her office today and scheduled a telehealth appointment, as I am experiencing sinus infection symptoms. Her office called me back and stated that Dr. Garcia is not keeping my telehealth appointment and requires me to get tested for Covid19, when I have NO symptoms of Covid19. In the past two years, I've come to the conclusion that depending on Dr. Garcia's mood, is the care you will receive.

The staff are amazing, but Dr. Garcia goes above and beyond to listen to her patients, thoroughly understands what is being said, and clearly explains her ideas and reasons for treatment. My elderly Mother absolutely loves Dr. Garcia because she takes time to talk, listen and really communicate with her at a level that my Mom really appreciates and understands. She really 'cares' for her patients and it shows.

Yes. She is a very thorough and caring physician. Although I went to see her for a diabetes checkup, she diagnosed another problem also. She also introduced me to a continuous blood sugar monitor which has greatly improved my ability to control my type 2 diabetes.

This doctor's staff are the most disorganized, could-care-less individuals in Tucson! Yesterday I received a call from the receptionist to remind me of a 7:20 appt for blood work, which had been scheduled back in January 2020. When I arrived at 7:05 for my appointment she told me that Dr Garcia had determined that I did not need blood work just yet, that I did not need to provide a sample until May!! When I asked why she had called me yesterday to remind me of today's appointment, she just rambled on about Dr Garcia's instructions...no apology!! I was rescheduled for May, but I'm seriously considering going elsewhere for better, professional service! I had a previous scheduling conflict with this office last year, and will not deal with them again!
