Very unprofessional place. The doctors never do follow ups on results of anything. They also never give thorough information about what you need to know, just very quick and dismissive, like the patients are supposed to be the ones asking all the questions to know what's going on. That's the doctors job. Poor, bland, not very inviting attitudes, like they hate their jobs. Definitely a place that seriously must go by "no news is good news" which is terrible. Even if there was bad news I wonder if they'd tell you, lol. Patients should get all the information first hand when it is collected by doctors. Switched to a different health provider and much much better! Don't recommend this place unless you're in an emergency and need somewhere quick to go close by. Only giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they are there incase people NEED them.

Rude employees at OBGYN MHC!For this reason I left this clinic in May 2019 and transferred to another OB.They are not checking the information and still calling me, talking with attitude about appointments in this year 2021. ( thanks Jenifer ) reminded me again that I made a right choice leaving this facility!

This place almost cost me my job during my high risk pregnancy. When calling the triage line it's rare you ever get a call back within the 24 hours stated on their voicemail. It took them weeks to fill out my FMLA and disability forms and get them faxed at the appropriate time. I had to call them over and over in tears to ask them to fill out the paperwork. Then when they finally called me back they stated they faxed out my paperwork. When I called my company the following day to ask to see if they recieved my FMLA, they stated they did not. When I called the doctors office back they said, "Oh we just faxed your disability paperwork. " When in office for your appointment, expect to wait an hour before you see your doctor. Very disappointed with this experience. Unfortunately, this doctor's office has added a lot of extra stress on top of my pregnancy.

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed in this office. I'm 27 weeks pregnant today and chose this office based on the wonderful reviews on Dr. Constantino. She and her midwife Patricia Nast are indeed wonderful, however i have had issues with getting information, calls back and now when i have a major concern I've been flat out ignored a week... they have this awful voicemail system that takes a good 5 minutes to leave a voicemail, and it states you will get a return call within 24 hours and yet I've only had that happen once. The first time i called was in regards to an NST test they told me about and i was trying to get more information, they never called back. I never did try again because i figured it was too late to even get the test and i was coming up to my anatomy ultrasound... Then i called about some spotting and Patricia Nast actaully did give me a call back and assured me not to worry unless it persists. The third being after Christmas with this scary thing that happened with my stomach, it happened a second time so i called with my concern.... this was a Tuesday, the 29th of December and still have not heard back. I called yesterday after it happened a 3rd time, very worried, left a voice mail asking if i should just go to an ER or a different doctor... and still nothing... i would just like to know who listens to these voicemail and relays the messages... because you would think a major concern would be of some importance... i doubt if my doctor or even Patricia Nast knew how concerned i was that they would take this long to call back. Now i waited so long after the first call because i do understand things get busy.... but a week is just too long to ignore someones concerns.... I dont want to change doctors because i do love this one and the midwife Patricia but this is so wrong...

Dr Canela is the best!! Schedulers should be addressed as in some cases have a humane insight. No common sense... better people training is much needed.

I was never able to see a doctor. I attempted to schedule an appointment and experienced long wait times and poor customer service. I was treated differently for being a self pay client. After writing my review the manager of the clinic called me back and apologized and offered to completely fix the situation. The offer was greatly appreciated but I feel like there is already a bad taste in my mouth about the clinic.

Surgery scheduler for the doctors was absolutely the worst! So unprofessional lying about what she had said and stated changing my surgery date and never telling me, only finding out the new date on the surgery instructions. If I wasn’t at the end of my pregnancy I would have went to Genesis a while ago! With the Covid 19 going on you’d think they’d be more compassionate about their patients! I would absolutely never come back here at all, I’m disgusted with this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. Nobody ever answers the phone or gets back to you. Appointment staff are very rude. I wish I could give zero stars. I’m just trying to schedule an appointment, it’s a shame because I love my gyno. This whole office is sub par.

Best women center in tucson , 🤩 All the doctors are great, all the ladies in the front office are great , the only problem is the waiting time average 45 minutes 😭 , sometimes more than hour 🤪

I have been to this office for 2 separate pregnancies. The first was almost 3 years ago which ultimately ended in a miscarriage but I was very unhappy with my experience there. I have now been going to this office again since April and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Everyone has been so polite and helpful including the front desk who I saw in other reviews didn’t always get such a good rep. My doctor has also been nothing but amazing. I specifically make sure I get her every single time because she’s friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions, and is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information.
