My husband and I were both skin cancer patients of Dr. Goedken in Colorado, and now in Tucson AZ for continuing follow-up exams. She is experienced, and thorough in all exams. She is a compassionate and informative communicator, spending individual time with each patient. All the staff with whom I had contact at the Regency office in Tucson were exceptionally kind, friendly and supportive.

Absolutely TOP NOTCH!!! DR Goedken makes me feel like I am in the hands of someone who really cares...and knows her stuff. Light and lively, honest and real. And her assitant Debbie is the best!!! And Amy, another great assistant, sure made me feel relaxed with her confidence.

Did the wrong culture and then tried again when the wound was dry, didn't get any growth on the culture and left me with a big scab for weeks. Not impressed with knowledge or skill.

Showed up for appointment on time and was checked in and charged copay. Then waited 50 minutes, after which I went to receptionist and was told that after my check-in, I was mistakenly checked-out. Nobody ever told me about this and I had to wait another 20 minutes and was then seen by doctor for 3 minutes... and she misdiagnosed me! Inexcusable!

Couldn't ask for a better dr and nurses and staff. I've had many drs through the years, and I was very impressed with the work ethic and swift actions to biopsy and follow through with treatment after diagnosis.
