This Dr. M. Brat is very rude and will not take the time to go over any test he requested for the patient. Walks out of the room! Very hard to communicate with! I gave him more than one chance to help me feel comfortable telling him my concerns, he just kept typing!! I requested to see his wife from now on.. She takes time with patients!! He told me no!! Just find another doctor!! The first time I saw him I asked him to update my pharmacy for my Meds. He told me he didn’t have time! He seems to be and good doctor but needs to learn people skills!!

I originally started going here years ago and had no issues but post covid 19 pandemic they have been holding my prescriptions hostage and refuse to renew life or death asthma medications. The staff is rude and borderline abusive. I would suggest going anywhere else but here.

They were nice when I went there. But found it unsettling to be having a PCP appointment every month in my early 20s when I didn't have any odd or concerning test results. All we ever talked about is my controlled asthma and my being overweight. I have tourettes syndrome and it appeared no one in the office had ever heard of it before because a nurse laughed at me thinking i was just trying to be funny and the doctors would stare.

While trying to set a first time appointment, muddling through the irritating questions (like my ethnicity) and hearing an excessive amount of office noise (very unprofessional), I was then told to arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment. I told them no, it's completely unreasonable, that I can have, at least most of my new patient forms already filled out and be early for the appointment (just not 30 min); they told me if I don't check in 30 minutes before, they won't be able to take me. I'm not willing to take the chance of these people respecting MY TIME, me-the paying customer.

This doctor is rude.. Will not go over and explain anything!!. When I ask him a question he would say we will talk later then does the examine and then walks out the door while I’m asking him to answer my questions. Says he has other patients! Gives no respect! He has no compassion!! Demands his office to provide the best customer service but has no idea has to do that himself!!

Previous DR retired. DR. M Bhat referred by a specialist. In the first three visits over the past year, I find Dr Bhat caring, concerned, and very professional. He is on-time, has given me his time to go over various medical issues and questions. He listens! He provides direction to obtain the best for my continued well being.

Dr. M. Bhat does not listen to his patients, harasses us about our disabilities, and is openly hostile about pain. In every single interaction with him, he has been consistently disrespectful, short, and rude. He has refused to listen to me as his patient and, on multiple occasions, yelled “Come on!” at me when I tried to express the severity of my physical pain. Doctors should nurture and care for their patients, not yell at them. I am a chronic pain patient and have been for decades. I have been unable to work for years, my disabilities have been well documented by multiple competent physicians, and the court deemed me legally disabled years ago. Despite the extensive documentation of my impairments, Dr. Bhat has never examined my disabilities himself. Instead, he harasses me and tells me to ignore the intractable pain that has forced me into an early and unwanted retirement. Horrible “physician”.

I been waiting in the room for an hour and 15 minutes, my app was at 2:45pm and I haven't been seen. I try talk to the front office girl (blonde hair) and she said ( it's not like I can go in there and ask her to see you, I'm sorry). Well maybe when you made the app, you should of set the appointment correct so I wouldn't be waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. I saw the doctor for 9 minutes and everything was good on her end. The MA WAA VERY NICE! Very nice doctor but did not like the front office, as a patient thats not what I wanted to hear.

Dr bhat did not inform me of test results that were given to him by outside referrals at Arizona sleep institute that were very concerned about why further tests were not done on my sleep study that they requested . I was put through many test and given no answers . I still have not finished the tests that he has asked for and there office manager sent me to collections before , not after, I had finished all my required referrals from Dr Byatt. This is absurd I have. BLue cross / blue shield PPO insurance and this office has done. I thing for me . I took three blood tests for testosterone and charged for all 3 when they only needed 2 to tell me that I did not qualify. Who knows if the tests were administered correct but I was charged. There office manager is dare I say not professional because she charged me for a visit that I was at and the dr. Was late I had to get back to work so we rescheduled and she charged me for a no call no show . To be sent to collections as a new patient who was given a lot of referrals to complete while working about 80 hrs a week was insulting why have private insurance these people treat you as if you had Obama care anyway .

This dr. Is what. I consider a dr that just. Keeps you coming back more than necessary to build up the bill mane that’s y he is accepting new patience this is only my opinion it seems like he sends you to his group to help build up there businesses won’t ever get taken by him
