Terrible doctor, never has time to see his patients. Always gone or rescheduled appointments. You end up seeing his practicing medicine college kids, who know nothing. D'souza does not care if you need to see him, not a nurse, after all don't we pay to see the doctor.. D'Souza is irresponsible to the needs of his patients, because he is never available to see them. Always Gone D'souza!

Called to confirmed a appointment was put on hold and than told to call back in a few minutes, i waited 20 minutes and called back and they told me they were closed. You open at 8am be ready at 8am. Dont shut down the front desk so you can update your Twitter account snowflake.

Dr. D'souza is very caring. He always asks about my family and remembers details about discussions we have. He takes time with his patients. He asks and answers questions and I never feel like I am just a number. I appreciate his staff, they are very professional.

What I like the most is the knowledge of everyone in the office. If I ask a question. They know the answers. Getting a referral is almost immediately! PA Emily is very knowledgeable. She ask the right questions and reacts promptly. Dr Netley D’Souza I can not say enough good things about him. Very patient, knowledgeable & listens! Couldn’t ask for better providers!

I was looking for a new (better) Primary Care option for my father and his cardiologist recommended Dr. D'Souza. Our new patient experience has been nothing short of wonderful! From my first phone call to schedule an appointment to checking out after the appointment, absolutely everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and frankly wonderful. We didn't have much of a wait and Dr. D'Souza himself is quite impressive - obviously knowledgeable but with a wonderful bedside manner. Impressing my dad is not an easy task - yet you all did it! I really can't say enough good things about this experience - it might rank as the best overall medical appointment experience we've had (and we've had plenty).
