I was so impressed with this urgent care! I waited about an hour which I thought was reasonable. The nurse that showed me to my room, Breanna was very friendly, personable and calm. The PA that treated me, Anne, was professional, kind and clearly experienced. Thank you!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only complaint would be having to stay outside before paperwork and an opening to be seen... This is not any fault to the staff or even the facility... It is just one of the new realities we all have to face and get acclimated to.

The staff was polite and professional. They were efficient with paperwork and getting a room(s) ready. The office & medical space was clean and maintained. I would recommend this location (old Spanish trail) as it was my first time here or any next are in general and they made a great impression. Also like to disclose that I did make an appointment instead of walking in, which definitely saved alot of time.
