Receptionist today made me project loudly my embarrassing symptoms. The vitals nurse was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was unprofessional because I told her I googled some information about my symptoms/medications and she stated "I didn't go to Google doc, I recommend what I prescribed for you." I understand her answer. I don't understand her standoffish attitude. The combination of the two made me write this review.

I was treated very well overall. I scheduled an appointment online and was taken back to start my appt. right away. The doctor/nurse practitioner was knowledgable, curteous and layed back, which I liked.

Exceptional service, 100% efficient and friendly. The staff were kind and attentive. My only issue was the Dr. wasn't explanatory, not a great listener, and I was hoping for more information on how to care for my non-severe injury. When I asked for guidance, the Dr. was brief and instead referred me to my PCP. Not excellent service from her specifically, but she did her job, and everyone else was phenomenal. Update: after seeing the owner's response, I would like to point out the Dr. did not give me a treatment plan, no timeline for when I can expect healing, no timeline for the swelling to abate, zero instructions for care of my injuries. That is disappointing because after paying for a visit, I still have to Google how to care for my injuries. A review for patient care should be established specifically for Dr. Shaffer.

They were both quick and thorough. Easy to check in remotely and great handling COVID procedures. The provider and staff were awesome!!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet, truly. But the minute I stepped to the back to be looked at it was downhill from there. I came in for an xray, and for one other issue i was having. The first MA took my weight and everything and asked me questions regarding my car accident which was the reason i was there to get xrays. Then come to find out, the XRay technician was not even there. After this she takes me to the room where I’m waiting for the Dr. While I’m waiting I hear that MA talking to a group of 5-6 women there (including the dr) whispering about my situation saying “She’s here for reimbursement for her car insurance” “She waited a whole month to be seen” “I hope she knows they’re not gonna cover both issues” and laughing with the actual Doctor! I came out of the room shocked and asked them what was going on. They played it off as if she was just relaying the info to the doctor but the dr never even looked in my direction to verify or assure me that they weren’t talking about me and it’s cause they absolutely were! I never said anything about a reimbursement and especially since the xray tech wasn’t there that day they shouldn’t have brought it up at all. The MOST uncomfortable and disrespected I’ve ever felt EVER at a health facility. I tried to get my copay back but it was too late, please do not come here. Days later I still cant believe health professionals were laughing at a serious situation like this. I wouldnt go back
