List of Northwest Medical Center's Reviews
Five stars every person I had contact with for my overnight stay was fantastic.. Thats the OR people and the floor staff.
I went to north west urgent care on silverbell and the nurse their told us my miscarriages were because of God when I was there at 13 weeks to make sure the baby was ok as I was having pain and UTI symptoms. We went to the er right after to get real help the team was amazing and my baby was ok. We did have to wait six hours but they accurately triaged and were very caring.
The staff here was so wonderful. Everyone that entered my room was so helpful caring and sweet. They treated us like family and took such good care of us. I was excited to finally go home but after 2 days I knew I was going to miss them.
This is a professional office building that is always kept in excellent condition
The staff at NW Medical lived up to their credo to provide excellent patient care. With one or two minor hiccups I recently enjoyed attentive patientcentered care consistently over the course of six days starting at the Vail ER through discharge at the La Cholla hospital. Although I intend to stick with my primary care provider associated with another hospital system my followup for my newly diagnosed condition will be entrusted with the NW Medical professionals
Okay so this all started at a satellite urgent care owned by Northwest and it ends at Northwest Medical Center If you can legitimately call it a medical center I sure as heck didnt see any medicine being practiced. SO...here we goI hit Northwest Urgent Care on Orange Grove yeah already posted there no one gets away with what happened to me without at least a nasty honest review. They close at 7PM. I arrive at 5PM. Told sorry but our provider has reached his quota of patients were not seeing anyone else today. Really? REALLY? So much for the fabled Hippocratic Oath which would apply here since there was more than just me seeking medical attention and being turned away. BAD MOVE. Horrible business practices. Disgusting policy with no positive side to it at all except for the Northwest group of medical providers. What do I mean by that? Well they send me to the hospital...owned by the SAME COMPANY...why? To make even more profit? Well after 10 hours of no medical assistance to speak of at their hospital I left...AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE. How can I leave against medical advice if you havent given me advice? Oh the kicker? Those ten hours at their hospital? I was still in the waiting room of the ER....yeah you read that right 10 hours IN THE WAITING ROOM with the same 10 other patients mind you we all knew each others names why we were there yada yada...I went through triage and received one bag of IV with zofran because I was there with severe emesis lasting over 36 hours...and had my vitals taken once...The. Entire. Time. THIS is what Northwest is about in Tucson. Do yourself a favor call an ambulance and insist they take you anywhere else Hell I almost did it myself...from right in front of their ER. Never again. This is the third time I have been mistreatedmisdiagnosedignored at this place. They cant read xrays properly another story but the same damn ER dont know how to pop a dislocated shoulder in properly my husband and he still has serious issues with his shoulder to this day...and now this. Pathetic unacceptable and quite possibly deadly one of these days. You Northwest Medical should be ashamed of your collective selves. And dont even TRY to place blame on being shortstaffed your fault not being prepared for the latest COVID wave your fault for not thinking proactively or any other lameass excuse you like to trot out. This is plain and simple a complete and total disregard for the welfare of your patients regardless of any reason you think excuses it. It. Is. Inexcusable.
I want to thank the entire 2nd floor staff for all the great care I received during my recovery. The nurses and support staff were very attentive and accommodating. Thank you
Ive been checked in 3 times in a month with something different everytime..
Love all the staff in labor and delivery They were so sweet and informed me of everything I needed to know before heading home
Understaffed. Had to wait 6 hrs to get into the ER some people actually left after 4 hours. Had to wait 12 hrs in ER to be admitted to the hospital not due to lack of beds but lack of staffing as there were empty beds on the floor I was taken to. Had to ask 3 times and wait 12 hours to get a wash cloth to clean the blood off of me. They wanted a stool sample but never picked it up after multiple calls. Not a great hospital due to lack of staffing but what are you going to due in an emergency?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
