Tara Gonzales was great when I could get an appointment. But the office staff never answered their phones or called me back. Its been months since I was last seen and could not get a hold of them so changed pcp. Would NOT recommend!

Trying to get an Appt is awful. Kept on hold for 10 mins after pressing numerous prompts to finally get scheduling. Ridiculous prompts. Ortiz clinic never looks busy so Why does it take 2 weeks to get an Appt ??

Close to my house, and has online options to schedule appointments that work for you. I got blood drawn on my last visit and Ricardo was great. I’m terrified of needles but they did a great job distracting me. Overall a positive experience very through and attentive to your concerns.

The place is a joke. No one calls you back. You can’t get anyone on the phone. Healthcare with a heart. Not! My child has been sick with signs of strep for a week but heaven forbid they get the culture back in a timely manner (oh wait they messed that up) or prescribe something so she doesn’t spread the stuff everywhere

My husband and I both go to Ortiz for non-urgent health care. Aside from the occasional phone issue (not getting through to a human), we have been pleased with our service. We utilize various areas of the clinic (nutrition, bloodwork, etc., and have not been disappointed, especially with the personal attention and pleasant people. I do agree with others that getting through to a real person is sometimes exasperating...but that isn't very often.

The Worst! They don't answer their phones After 3 tries and about a half hour on hold, I'm switching to another provider.

Dr. Biels is a monster that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, his license should be revoked and any patient willing should sue him!
