First let me start off with saying, I am speaking about Dr. Henderson's clubfoot knowledge only. This doctor had been recommended to us by our hospital after finding out our son was going to be unilateral clubfoot. We went to several visits at this location and then thad to transfer over to a building near TMC which was annoying. His staff there was beyond incompetent. He was never available to talk to and his staff always got everything confused so nothing was properly relayed. The advice Dr. Henderson gave us was garbage. My son STRUGGLED so badly in his dobbs boots and bar. His advice was VERY poor for a doctor in his specialty. After countless attempts to figure a solution out, His advice was yet again garbage. I sought out better treatment at PHOENIX CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL and discovered every ounce of "advice" and "treatment" that was given/made was INCREDIBLY WRONG! I now have a baby who is comfortable in his new boots and bar and after getting new and BETTER advice/treatment. I'm happy to say my son is doing amazing and that it is NO thanks to Dr. Henderson. Do your babies a favor and steer clear of him. He will not help, only cause more issues for your little one(s).

Have struggled to receive ANY follow up care since surgery. Cannot get referral for physical therapy even though that is needed. Cannot get doctor to return phone calls. Surgery was 2.5 months ago. Have been trying to get help for over 4 weeks!!

I live in Texas but we travel to Tucson every 6 months just to see Dr. Henderson.. he and his staff are the best ! My daughter is in good hands !

Dr Vincent was amaizing. He knew how to speek to me 4 year old and get his attention. I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my son. He knew almost right away. You can tell he has experience with his practice. I would definitely recommend. Oh and they got me in same day.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment for my kid as a follow up after an urgent care visit. Very happy with the experience. We were seen on time and were out the door in 45 minutes, including x-rays and cast application.
