Twice I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, before giving up. I will try again but what does that say about the staff when the message repeatedly says: your call is very important for us!

I had a surgery performed by Dr Merrill in early May 2023. I saw him 2 weeks later for about 30 seconds. Was told no weight bearing & follow-up in 2 weeks. The front office told me he was on vacation and I couldn’t be seen for an extra week meaning off my feet for an extra week. They didn’t care. Needless to say I was not happy that I was unable to walk an additional week. Fast forward to June 6. I call to get a follow up appointment as I am concerned everything's healing properly and am told nothing is available until June 27, guess who’s on vacation again? Must be good to be a podiatrist, not so much for the patient. Enjoy your trip, luckily I know how to remove sutures!

Arriving for the first visit at Dr Merrill’s office, the customer service I received was excellent. The staff from the front office was very welcoming, professional, quick and friendly. This carried over into the back and I would definitely recommend this facility for care. Thanks for exceptional service. 💯😊

My 10-year-old son recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Merrill, a podiatrist. From the initial consultation to the follow-up appointment, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Merrill was informative, patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was professional and went above and beyond to ensure that my son was comfortable and pain-free throughout the appointment. We are more than pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Merrill to anyone. Thank you for your excellent care!

Great office -kind staff - Dr Merrill explained everything and my biopsy was not painful- made a less than pleasant time less anxious for me- They work to get you in for emergencies which is nice

I had an appointment with you at 12 noon on 10/5/16. You introduced me to a podiatrist from Sahaurita and left me in his care. Thanks. He injected a neuroma in my foot and I feel great. He also addressed a fungal problem. He was wonderful, but I forgot his name. I will recommend your group to everyone I know in Green Valley. Thanks again, Steve Henefield
