Preferred sent supplies to the wrong address. Spent $12.65 to forward it to where the order should have been sent. Manager refused to credit my account. Said we should have reordered supplies and left the prior order at wrong address. Does this make financial sense???? Expect to spend a lot of time on the phone then be frustrated. Will notify my insurance company of poor service.

I was hired here at the beginning of October as an RN. I haven’t received one assignment yet. I reached out on 3 different occasions and the first time I was told my schedule was being put together and I would get a call the following week. I called back the next week after not receiving a call and was told there weren’t any assignments for RNs at that time but that some new cases should be coming in (i found that to be odd as I was just hired in an RN position) but i waited. Called back the week after that and was told that they had planned on giving me a call that following Monday. Never received anything and that was about 2 weeks ago. It’s a bummer because I went through the interview and orientation, received my badge and the paychex flex login and everything and was literally not called for work. I let go of different opportunities to do this and was looking forward to it. Thankfully I have accepted another job that I am extremely excited about and went through the entire process while still waiting to hear from preferred (which I still have not since being told I would be called back 2 weeks ago) i was not updated on anything unless i called first . Strange to say the least. But i guess everything happens (or doesn’t happen) for a reason
