Wait time to get in is usually a couple weeks but everyone's very nice and Dr. Gates always takes the time to address my concerns and is a very good doctor. She doesn't try to just shove an answer down my throat and move on to the next patient. She works towards solutions.

Dr Gates is amazing. She is very patient oriented and thorough. She doesnt make you feel judged for life choices like some other doctors do. One of the best primary care physicians i have seen in years.

I came to establish a G.P. and get a 2nd opinion. At the first meeting, Dr. Gates wrote a prescription, even after I told her I had one from another doctor, and without results from blood work or tests. I asked her to cancel it, and though she said she would, has yet to do so. This created confusion at the pharmacy, so I tried to cancel it myself and hope it goes through. This made it impossible for me to trust her for a 2nd opinion.She made an error on the portal (error in diagnosis of result). After I contacted her, she apologized and said she corrected it, but the portal still reflected the error, even after she said she corrected it. I took screenshots so she could see the error remained. She was defensive, immature, and unprofessional when I addressed the error again, but I'd rather not argue with her.I will be going to another G.P. for the 2nd opinion because Dr. Gates did not listen to what I had to say.
