The patient flow from start to finish was succinct and organized. Staff and providers on all levels were friendly, personable, thorough and efficient!

I was referred to Dr. Desai because I nearly faint everytime I stand up. Based on JUST looking at me, he said I was the healthiest person he'd seen in weeks. His suggestion was that I eat more salt. I asked him how much salt and for how long, he had nothing. Wasn't even going to listen to my heart until I made the comment that this "exam" was a waste of time.

Great visit. Dr. Desai and his staff take time to make sure all the boxes are checked. I would recommend him to anyone I knew.

Very happy with him. 100percent trust in his knowledge and skill as a doctor and surgeon.

He's probably a competent cardiologist. BUT. I saw him today for the first time. No one collected my copay so I guess to expect a bill. My RX list of dosages of meds in wrong. He listed my "gait" as "normal", um NO. I have right LE issues and have a permanent disabled parking plackard. I had to call post visit to set up online ability to see my after visit summary. WTH my EKG in the office today was abnormal and this was not discussed or explained to me. I called his office back twice and the second time after a 35 minute hold, I was only given the option to leave a voice mail message. SERIOUSLY?

I relocated from Spokane, WA to Tucson, AZ and my PCP sent me to Dr. Desai for eval and treatment. No one collected the $30 copay at time of visit that I know my Humana Medicare Advantage plan is going to expect. My EKG was done like I was cattle by the MA. I did not even know her name and she said lift your shirt to your collarbone. I was not given an after visit summary in writing at time of visit, had to contact Pima Heart to set up online access. To my dismay, my meds dosages are incorrect. This type of mistake could lead to very bad outcomes if you become incapacitated. Apparently I had an abnormal EKG at the office but THAT isn't in my online patient portal to see. Things about me were WRONG. Such as my "gait". I specifically told Dr. Desai I just had steroid shots into my right hip and knee but he listed my gait as NORMAL OK TO EXCERCISE. Um, I have a permanent disabled parking placard from AZ! My gait is NOT NORMAL and the pain keeps me awake at night. 35 min on hold no human.

Office staff fast, friendly, and efficient. Appointment was for 10:30, 10:15 in an exam room, vitals taken, ECG done and in a few minutes Dr. Desai came in. Very personable, thorough, and took his time answering all questions. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate to have had Dr. Desai on call when I was flight for life's to TMC. He immediately inserted a stent in a 99% blocked artery in my heart and saved my life. He is so personable and knowledgeable. I can't thank him enough and he has me his patient for life.

Very pleased with the care Dr Desai and his office provided. I am a new patient referred by my PCP for a newly diagnosed heart condition and Dr Desai made sure to explain my options listening to my concerns and working with me on a care plan. Professional, thorough and compassionate. I’m very glad to have Dr Desai and his staff as my cardiologist.

The staff was very polite and was able to move the registration process through quickly. I had barely sat down in the waiting room when my name was called and the buzzer went off. The nurse and I quickly got through the questions about my medications and Dr Desai came into the room. I am very pleased that he has been my doctor for the last 10 years (give or take). He’s always listen to my questions and make sure that he had as much information as he needed to make informed decisions. I’m very very pleased he has been my doctor.
