Renee Gallo's Online Review Report Card

Very unfortunate. The office staff is horrible! Rude is an understatement. Dr. Gallo as a doctor is good. Sad that I will no longer be her patient due to her staff. She must not be concerned even with all the reviews stating the same. I’ve never been treated so poorly

Horrible patient care. Got rid of me as a patient without communicating with me. Apparently tele health appointments during Covid don’t count as appointments. Staff was rude. I asked for Dr Gallo to call me 4 weeks ago and haven’t heard back. She and the office staff do not care about their patients.

Incredibly rude staff. My wife arrived for her appointment on time and the staff was immediately rude that she had not arrived 10 minutes early and told her that she should have checked her online chart. My wife apologized and the staff said they would have to check to see if they could still see her for her appointment that she was on time for. My wife then told the staff that she would leave since she was clearly burdening this staff team, at this time the lady who draws blood then began raising her voice, continuing being rude while there were multiple other people and staff in the office lobby. My wife has had good experience with Dr Gallo but will absolutely not be returning to this practice due to the horrendous treatment she received from the staff. That is no way to treat people and no way to conduct business.

Dr Gallo has addressed all my needs with attention, care and blunt honesty. Im biased because she also saved my mothers life by spotting a heart issue early on. She’s a saint in my eyes.

I had heard good things about Dr. Gallo and I was excited to have her as my new PCP. I waited 2 months for this appointment only to find out that when I arrived I didn't get there exactly at 11:10 when they told me to arrive to fill out paperwork. I still had at least 15 minutes to fill out stuff. The nurse had to check with the Dr and she said because I wasn't there exactly at 11:10 even though my appointment was for 11:40 the Dr would not see me that day nor would she accept me as a new patient as my being late was a reflection on who I am. Well, I am highly disappointed to be treated that way. If that was the case the nurse should have made it perfectly clear that I wouldn't be seen by the Dr. if I was a minute late. I have never had this experience at a Drs. office. I guess she isn't the Dr. that I need to have. Very upsetting.

Doctor and staff are patient and professional. Doctor has always provided ample time for Q&A and has provided quality input and recommendations. Very pleased with my overall care. Office is quiet and clean and patient load seems very manageable. Appointments are available in a timely manner when needed.

Probably the worst doctor I've ever had. She puts no effort into patient care. All her effort goes into milking the insurance company. When asked a medical question, she wines and cries and says answering the question is not covered by the insurance. Never had a doctor do that before. Read the other negative reviews, they're spot on. I would give zero stars if possible. The one star is an undeserved gift.
