The 2staff who’s making the paper work aren’t nice , they racist but regarding Dr.rizwan Safdar , his a very good doctor, helpful and taking good care of me, I really appreciated him a lot, god bless him and I’m very happy ,I really appreciated him a lot, one more thing, he did a very good job

My daughter saw doctor Safdar and was prescribed medication. Due to the incompetence of his staff, she waited in pain for over 3 weeks to actually get the meds. Here we are, 3 months later attempting to get the same rx refilled and it has been over 3 weeks since the pharmacy sent the pre-authorization request. Lied to when I called the office to speak with the docs medical assistant. Staffer said she was not at her desk so I left a message. Not returned, of course. Called back and told by a different staffer she was not even at that location today. I drove up to the location where they were doing clinicals that day and asked to have a chat. Explained that the pharmacy had sent a pre-auth request on 5/18 and every 3 days since with no response. I told her my daughter was in pain and she stated she would call and get it approved, no apologies. I asked if she would be making that call today and she stated, No, I'll call tomorrow. No care that my daughter is in pain.
