Went in for a routine colonoscopy. Check-in was quick and easy. Intake process was, too. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional, and made me feel I was in good hands. Doctor McCallum was thorough and found a polyp, which he removed. Initial results were shared with me in recovery. An unpleasant experience made tolerable by doc and his staff!

I’ve known Dr. McCallum for many years and not once have I had a bad experience. He’s an exceptional physician and has the best staff working his clinic. All were friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It’s never fun having procedures done but they helped to keep me calm especially when my blood pressure was really elevated upon arrival.

Initial visit, colonoscopy, biopsy, results. Prescription. At the end of the course of drug, my condition had not improved or changed. I left messages over 2 days, asking for an appointment. NO REPLY. I went to the clinic in person and was told to buzz off, they "would get back to me." It is now 9 DAYS since my initial message and NO COMMUNICATION.

Dr. McCallum seems to be a good physician. His so-called "clinic" is incompetent and unprofessional. I have now waited 9 DAYS for a response to my inquiry for a return appointment, after the medication he prescribed ran its course with no improvement or change in my condition.

Staff is quick, friendly, and supportive. Very accomodating and clearly work to make you feel comfortable and prepared. They are really great at communication. Dr. McCallum was friendly and did what he had to do carefully and without delay. I was in and out, feeling great and knowing exactly what happened and what I need to do. Phenomenal service!

Dr. McCallum is great! Very professional and easy to talk to and he listens to your concerns. I highly recommend seeing him if you need a gastroenterologist. His office and medical team are also wonderful, very well trained and all work well together.
