I have been to multiple dental offices before and no one has had the patience as these people do! Melvin was the sweetest person ever and had so much patience for my 6 year old, who gets anxious walking into any dental offices. Overall experience was great, the doctor explained everything well and staff was very friendly. Definitely continuing our dental care here.

The staff are super welcoming and work hard to come up with the best treatment plan for you. Everything is simple and efficient with accommodating hours for us working class. Stand out experiences with Arturo and Danie these past few visits as well! Will continue to recommend this location.

I have had a great deal of dental work over my life from a misfortunate youth. I had a dental emergency, and am glad they were able to get me in quickly for an initial inspection. Unfortunately from there they continuously dropped the ball and underperformed. Dental work I have had performed painlessly in the past was done here with enormous amounts of pain inflicted. I dealt with 3 separate dentists and was forced to delay the procedure for almost a month because the first dentist, who was leaving in a month, didn’t want to do part of the work without being sure he would be the one to finish the procedure. Instead I had the second dentist start and a third dentist finish after waiting for a month for what again??? The best thing I could say is they they had to refer me to another dentists (a 4th dentist) to do some of the work, that dentist was AMAZINGLY skilled, and that is where I will be going in the future. Edit: I’m adding an extra star because they called to attempt to remedy my less than stellar experience. To clarify a few things, the least impressive dentist is the one who no longer works there. The other ones were better, although I wouldn’t say the overall experience wasn’t soured by the compounding issues and lack of communication and honesty. I was both responded to by what I assume is the corporate office here on Google, which I didn’t communicate with, and the dentist office itself to attempt to earn back their trust. I still doubt I will return, but I do assume the office has gone through some improvements, and hope they can have better and more honest communication with their patients in the future.

I had a great experience with Melvin, the dental assistant! He was extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. He explained everything clearly, was gentle during the procedure, and had a great attitude that helped ease my nerves. You can tell he truly cares about patients and takes pride in his work. Thank you, Melvin, for making my dental visit smooth and stress-free! He deserves 15 stars for taking good care of all 3 of my boys. It’s people like this that have me driving 8hrs from NM.
