Sandra Dostert's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Dostert has been my primary care doctor for several years. She is very thorough and talks you through all your test results. I have recently had some gastro issues and her office got me in for an office visit the day I called. They quickly got me on the right medicine and did the appropriated tests. Dr. Dostert called a GI doctor to confirm the treatment and referred me to new GI doctor. Her staff called me regularly to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. My only concern is that she is a bit conservative and may over prescribe testing, which is why I gave her four stars instead of five.

Dr. Sandra Dostert is the most proactive and knowledgeable physician I have had the pleasure of seeing for the past two years. She is also compassionate and understanding. I trust her with my entire family's medical care.

Dr. Dostert is a fantastic doctor. She listens, is very thorough in asking questions to get at issues. She doesn't rush at all and seems to really care. She always remembers past conversations and takes time going through my history to make sure she covers everything. I'm so grateful I found her!

Saw Dr Dostert back in 2018. She is a Great Dr. She is has a lot of pacience does not rush through her appointments. She also took care of me when Banner Hospital refused to do Emergency surgery for my Gallbladder, I called Dr. Dostert, her and her staff found me a surgeon that was willing to take me in right away for surgery. When I have insurance again, and I need treatment I won't hesitate to go with her. She is outstanding.

Dr. Dostert is thorough and pays attention to detail. She listens and makes her best recommendations.

Hard to reach- poor communication through staff- patient overload

Dr. Dostert and her team have been amazing. I feel relieved to have found a knowledgable Dr. that I feel I can trust.

I am a new patient of Dr. Dostert but I feel like I will be in good hands for years to come. She looked over my lengthy medical history and gave me information that had never been shared by my previous PCP. She spent over an hour with me at my initial visit. I know this won't happen every time, but I felt very cared for and we made a plan to take control of my health. NO shaming or blaming, just taking action and helping me to have better health in the future!

Her bed side manners are pretty hostile. I came to her to further investigate a suspicion I had about my health. Turns out my suspicions were right. My specific issue with her besides her hostility is she asked me a question that made it clear she was screening me for Munchausen syndrome. So to be clear a patient being proactive about their own health must be seeking attention in her mind.

I got to Urgent Care an hour before closing. Dr Dostert seemed irritated about that and because I had multiple symptoms. She didn't spend much time with me and she was a little rude.
