Santa Catalina Health Center's Online Review Report Card

This review is a little overdue, but I wanted to write about Dr. Diesner. Dr. Diesner has been the best NP I’ve ever worked with. She is thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and helped me make a plan to reach my healthcare goals. I have loved working with her and am so glad I’ve found an NP I can trust with my health. My appointment was on time which I can’t say for other offices/providers I’ve seen. She’s the best!!!

This is the first place in over 2 years i have a doctor i feel comfortable with that listens and addresses my concerns. Dr. Kyla Diesner is amazing and i would recommend her to anybody. This review was long overdue but i had to say something because I've seen some negativity on here but i absolutely love this place thanks to kyla!

completamente diferente que marana, aca si se preocupan por el cuidado de los pacientes, sobre todo muy personalizado una gran atencion con una gran sonrisa de parte de absolutamente todo el personal, gracias doctora Tatiana por siempre cuidar con dedicacion a sus pacientes .

Waited for over an hour, past my scheduled appointment, only to find out that, apparently, you’re only allowed to ask one question for a 15 minute visit. When I started to ask about another prescription I’d been taking the NP interrupted me mid sentence and said I’d have to schedule another appointment if I had any other questions. She was in the room for less than 4 minutes, what happened to the 15 minutes I waited over an hour for...Hmmmm. Not impressed.

Dr sunkura is a good doctor , but she left now the new staff is unacceptable I'm having trouble with the new doctor and staff now lve had a pretty serious issue and they keep sending me to the wrong specialist the same one over and over plus they can't put the right diagnosis on the referral ? And it's not like they will talk to me for more than a few seconds?

We love & trust the doctor and staff at Santa Catalina Clinic. So much so, that we drive 30 minutes from the Tucson Mall area to Catalina for our family's medical needs. Many medical offices have let us down ever the years, but Dr. Sunkara has been the most thorough doctor my family has ever had. And, the staff from the front desk to the back office are the best. They also treat us with professionalism, kindness, and respect every time we visit.

First off.. The outside building looks like an abandoned building.. The place is filled with roaches and the nurse practitioner Nancy Sullivan is a very rude, inconsiderate and very unpleasant person.. she walked in the room, did not introduce herself, and just nasty said "what can I do for you" didn't bother to check my heart rate or my back, (I was in there for spinal fracture) ... and in the middle of us talking about my issues, she left and said she had to deal with another patient.. I just got up and left.. if I was you, stay far from this horrible place.. but the girls at the desk are sweet..
