Super disappointed with SimonMed. They have all their calls answered by a call center. They are not helpful at all and they gave me the run around for 2 days. My dad needed a very delicate ultrasound test and they were very rude and not helpful at all. I had to literally do all the foot work. I have complained to my dad's clinic so that they can use another imaging place. Highly disappointed!!!

I didnt have an appointment. I got my exrays and was out in less than an hour. Everyone was helpful with any of my needs. Yes, I will remember this place and return.

I was scheduled for a diagnostic mammogram yesterday. After that they wanted to do an ultrasound. They said they had to contact my doctor for approval. Apparently the order for diagnosis would have covered that. They told me to go have lunch & they would call me to return when they got the ok from my doctor. They never called me. This morning I called & they said I need to call my doctor. I find this incompetence.
