First experience...was there in time for my appt but not the 1/2 before as requested...I was unable to get there 30 min before but was there 10 min before...receptionist said she'd have to contact the office to see if they could take me. I waited 4 months to get this appt so this arrival experience was not a great way to start off...review continue..months 4 months 4 mo to get an appointment and toto be greeted like this wasnt a good reflection...although I would like to compliment Amber,Andrea, and Kristen for their professional, caring efficient and courteous care..I left feeling like I was in most capable hands suggest you revisit your front of the house protocol..you never get a chance to make a first impression. Thank you..

Dr. Chin was the first doctor to diagnose a heart murmur for me during an annual visit years ago. She has a friendly and kind demeanor every visit! She is very knowledgeable and really cares. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Chin recommended a second more thorough ultrasound which revealed the problem and changed the diagnosis to something much less worrisome.

Dr Chin was delightful to deal with. She was knowledgeable but personable at the same time. LOVE that combination in a doctor.

I honestly never made it back to see Dr. Chin. I was a few minutes late due to unforeseen traffic. The reception was rude about it and condescending and then they asked me to wait a little bit and they would squeeze me in. It was clear when I finally walked out that I had been placed at the end of the day. I couldn't wait past the one hour and 15 minutes I had already waited. It was a waste of my time. This was a very large practice and I am sure it is a good place for some but at this stage in my life I am not interested in being a number in someone's practice. This is not a review against Dr. chin as i never got to meet her.
