List of Suezie Kim's Reviews
Dr. Kim was dismissive of me the very time I came in, I spent longer waiting for her than our entire appointment took. The second time I visited, I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I also brought support with me only for her to be super dismissive again and also quite rude. Getting snippy with me and claiming there was absolutely nothing she could do and to follow up with a PCP. I just wanted someone to care about the pain I’ve been experiencing and she was definitely the wrong choice, pushing pain management on me and not really helping me find a solution, which is what I thought doctors were for.
She has injected my knee with 100% success. She helped my right hand with injections. I am getting surgery on the left because it is too far gone. I trust her for a successful surgery. I get appointments scheduled within 2 weeks max. Cannot say enough good thints about her.
Very great experience, easy to make appointment. I have always had good experience with Dr Kim.
The main check-in area was very organized and I didn't have to wait long. I was skipped once I had been checked in and was told so by a nurse. I was never triaged before getting placed into a room. I was given a clipboard and was just told to give it to the Dr when she came in. Dr. Kim is very impersonal. Though she states she treats everyone the same, the fact she had to state it made me think otherwise. I wasn't asked about what medicine I was on when I was given an Rx for rotator cuff tendinitis and wasn't told what it was. It was an NSAID, which I can't take. Medical records stated I refused my BP being taken, which I was never presented with the opportunity to have done. I questioned about continuing time off work to heal and was told she could have legal repercussions if she gave time off for a "non-serious" injury. Overall, I would not recommend her to someone, nor would I return if given the choice.
Great personality, always has a smile. Fully understands your knee pain issues and what can help. Explains your condition very thoroughly.
Knowledgeable, kind and explains condition and treatment options well.
I had good results with Dr. Kim.
Excellent work
The surgery experience with Dr. Kim and her team was by far the most efficient, personable, and professional surgery I have ever had. The office visits sometimes seem a little rushed, but overall good with an opportunity to have all questions answered. She has always been very pleasant and personal.
Whole office atmosphere was rushed & uncaring. Then told she doesn't do surgery! Waste of time & money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
