Doctor Kalota is an excellent Urologist. Unfortunately, I have concluded that some of the front office staff does an incredible disservice representing her.

Every visit to Dr. Kalota has been extremely helpful to me. She is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything about any procedure. Dr. Kalota is always compassionate, skillful and thorough. I am so grateful for the excellent help she has provided to me.

Dr. Kalota lacks three things that are very important in a physician: 1) communication skills, 2) professionalism, and 3) compassion. She is on my short list of worst doctors I've engaged. She made assumptions about me that were only revealed because I continued to ask questions. She resisted answering questions I had about my health and miscommunicated throughout the visit.

Dr. Kalota and her staff contradicted each other on a medical diagnosis. When I addressed it, instead of explaining it, she dismissed the issue and me. Getting information about next steps and approach to treating my health concerns were met with resistance. I had to coax information out of Dr. Kalota and probe to get her to offer any ideas. It was an entirely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Kalota is perhaps one of the most unhelpful and unprofessional physicians I have ever encountered.

I have been going to Dr. Kalota since 2003 she saved my live from bladder cancer and has scoped me some 30 time the most professional experienced courteous doctor you will ever find you can trust her and depend on her for your health and well being.I have recommended her to many and will continue to do so.

trying to get an appt is almost impossible! I waited on my phone listening to horrible messages- I left my phone number, 2 hours no call back!

Dr Kolata was very professional while remaining compassionate and caring. She explained my surgery process well and answered all questions I had. After surgery she explained in more detail about what and how she had fixed my prolapse problem. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Urology surgeon. My only complain, which is not directed against Dr Kolata is the phone support. I have had to wait very long periods of time for someone to pick up and then put back on hold for another long wait. This happened not once but almost every time.
