I went here a few years back for stomach pain and I was never told that they found a cyst in my ovaries. They wanted to treat me with a diet and said I could be allergic to food. I was looking over old medical files and I found this report. They just said that my gallbladder was working at 20% and It didn’t need to be removed. You guys should have told me I had a cyst on my ovary.

Sidi is the real deal. He's especially experienced & accepted my cheeky HMO. The management in house he restructured during my pass. He did it all within his crown of wisdom & staff were like totally fabulous by the time of our ending. Plus, he's a polyglot if you need that extra feature built in, mkay?

I saw Dr. Sylvain during the height of the pandemic. There are a few things that made me decide he was not the doctor for me.First, he wasn’t wearing a mask.Second, he did not introduce himself, we had no idea who he was.Third, when I told him I had a CT Scan that showed a possible carcinoid he said “No, you don’t have that.” As if he could know. Then in the next breath he offered to see if the cancer had metastasized? Wait, what?? Why would I test to see if the cancer had metastasized, when he said I didn’t have cancer just two seconds ago??? I can’t find any logic there?But what really sealed the deal for me was…Fourth, when he said I was doing this to myself because, “marijuana is an opiate”. Umm, not trying to be rude but I’m pretty sure that is a completely different plant. Also I’ve had two gastric emptying studies both say NORMAL GASTRIC EMPTYING. Which I could have told him if he had bothered to ask! But what broke me was the judgmental look when he said “marijuana is an opiate “. This was the dealbreaker. Mostly because It’s a little strange to me that he needed to talk about the cannabis, but he had nothing to say about the actual opiates (hydrocodone) I was on at the time. Both prescribed to me by a doctor.I went to him for help in a “clearly emaciated state” (As he put it). But he was to busy judging me, to even listen to me. So I got up and walked out.Oh, I didn’t have pancreatitis either which was his other suggestion. As if I went to him so he could throw out suggestions off the top of his head without a single test.Strangest Doctors Visit to be sure! Saddest part was this doctor could have helped me, but was to busy playing judgmental guessing games with my life.Turns out, I needed my gallbladder taken out.I am glad however, he was not the doctor to do the surgery, I would always be wondering questioning.I just wish it didn’t take a year to find a different doctor and actually get help. All total it took a year and a half for the doctors to find and diagnosis a bad gallbladder???Pretty sure this visit was a gigantic speed bump on the road to treatment. He wasn’t the first, or the only, or even the worst. But he certainly wasn’t helpful!!!This Doctor did NOT listen to me at all!

Dr. Sidi just did my colonoscopy, he found 2 polyps and took them off, he is very kind and extremely knowledgeable , he took his time to explain clearly what he did and how to take care of my gastro to stay healthy. His staff are good and further explained what to do on how to take care of my diverticulosis.Just a great dr. and staff.K. Dimitri

I wasn’t in there for more than 5 minutes when I was accused of having an eating disorder because I have depression and my BMI is 48. He would not believe that I don’t eat fast food, that I’m active at work. He was very dismissive and condescending. When I told him I’m trying to get surgery to help my gastroparesis, which was the intention of my visit, I was told I was too young and that I just need to completely cut out sugar and only eat meat and vegetables. I have gastroparesis, a paralyzed stomach. I cannot eat half of what he told me that I needed to eat. He also asked multiple times how often I eat Mexican, I don’t eat Mexican because it makes me sick. Ten minutes later “how often do you eat Mexican?” He also would not fill out paperwork that I needed for my job for intermittent FMLA because that wasn’t his job, that was my primary doctor or psychiatrist job. I’m not returning to this doctor office again.

I wish I could give 0 stars and get several hours of my life back.I was referred to Dr. Sidi about a little while ago by my doctor due to digestive issues. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment to fill out paperwork, which I did, but then was not seen until nearly 45 minutes *after* my appointment time. During the appointment, as soon as I described my digestive issues, he instantly became very condescending and insisted it must be a result of my poor diet choices, ignoring the fact that I had *not* changed my diet, and so it made no sense that my food intake was causing the problems. For context, I'm half-Asian, and so I like to cook lots of Asian food with rice (and vegetables and meat/seafood), but he kept telling me "oh rice is terrible for you!". He kept saying *HIS* Mediterranean diet that *HE* follows was the best thing to do, and told me to do that and my problems would go away, because that culture is "superior" in a very patronizing tone. He did (thankfully) finally order a bunch of labs after I insisted. He told me someone would call me the day after my labs were processed.A couple of weeks later, I had not heard from the office about my labs, and so I decided to go in-person and request my records on the basis of "moving". Fortunately, it all came back negative, but still, a call would have been nice.While I seriously doubted that my diet was the problem, I did try to follow a Mediterranean diet for a month... and it did nothing.I recently saw a nutritionist for other matters, and told her about this. Her response was that given my digestive issues, it made no sense why diet would be the cause, and we eventually realized it was because another doctor a few years ago put me on a magnesium supplement. I'm sure my intake forms for Dr. Sidi included this information, but he was more interested in promoting his own superior diet choices than actually considering my situation.

This place is horrible! My dad waited almost 2 hours to be seen then he finally gets to the back room and the doctor has his name all wrong then start asking him questions from across his office then he takes a call while having my dad’s appointment. Very unprofessional. I had to come from Phoenix to this appointment it was a waste of time!

Be patient with him.  He did say a few weird things to me at first.  I just laughed.  He did colonoscopy and egd.  He's good at what he does.  He told me my diagnosis and told my pcp everything.  My pcp recommended him.  I just saw him yesterday and had lots of questions.  He spent about 40 minutes with me going over everything.  He's fun once he's not treated rudely.  We had a nice talk about lots of things.  He just went for more training in his field, and he's 78.  He has lots of energy.  Give him a chance to show you his good side.  Staff are great there too.

No one in this office was wearing a mask and that includes the rude and unprofessional doctor. He would not let us hardly speak, kept interrupting us and was very rude. We walked out and will be contacting the appropriate person at the hospital and health dept.
