This is the third time I call to confirm my appointment and they moved it without tell in me! in 3 weeks of waiting I haven't able to see the doctor. The excuse is they don't have my blood records from my primary doctor from MONTHS ago, when I offered to print it for them! it's been so long that they will have to do more blood tests anyway! Need a good recommendation!
I have been treated at this location for approx. 18 months, following surgery for Glioblastoma on the brain and could not ask for better care.
My father was recently diagnosed with cancer and was referred to Dr. Christopher Chen here at the Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Chen specifically. From the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, to the nurses who administer the chemo therapy I am so impressed by the kindness and compassion of all the staff members. I love that Dr. Chen is very honest without being aggressive. His bedside manner is amazingly positive considering he sees people struggling against cancer day in and day out. I don't know if people get to choose who their doctors are when it comes to cancer care but if someone were to get that opportunity I would highly recommend Dr. Chen over and over again. I know their office has multiple locations making it convenient for people all over Tucson, but honestly if you had to drive to see him and his staff I would not hesitate to tell you it is worth it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
