List of Thomas Brysacz's Reviews
I have been going there for 5yrs. The reason I like the office is the doctor is willing to listen to you and actually address my concerns and options.
Thank you Dr. Brysacz for being my daughters doctor since their birth. You are always professional. You being a doctor is meant for you.
I have seen this physician for years and always have felt validated. Dr. Brysacz is great with his patients. I even don’t like to refer to him as I don’t want him to get to busy we’re he can’t see me. Lol.
Worst experience, he does not look for any cause of pain blames it on old age takes weeks to write a referral or doesn’t do it at all. Absolutely careless towards his clients and shows no concern for helping them in anyway, he simply says you can find another doctor. My relative was diagnosed with cancer despite her complaints to him because of his neglect. Doctors like this should not be practicing medicine.
I’m sure he’s a fine doctor. He tells them what they want to hear. But he missed so many signals with my mom. She’s now in a 24/7 senior adult home and he won’t write a letter to me regarding her health so i can pay her bills because she was fine in July. But she wasn’t fine in July ! Again, I’m sure he’s a fine doctor but.........
I think that Thomas Brysacz is a very fine physician. Arizona Community Physicians, who handle his billing, are a nightmare to deal with. Get ready to be harassed.
Every time the staff is rude. Every. Time. There used to be a really sweet front desk lady. Very kind and energetic. They probably fired her for not fitting into the dismissive/offended you are asking questions role they seem to expect. If you want a doctor that gets back to you during critical health windows, refills your prescriptions in a timely manner, responds to the pharmacy when they ask for a refill... this place is not it. Also it’s impossible to be seen by Dr. Brysacz. The three years and countless times I have been there, I’ve seen him... twice? Always stuck with a PA. Don’t waste your time with this place.
I have been seeing Dr. Brysacz for 13 years. I have had serious health issues for most of my 66 years. He is extremely competent, empathetic, and on top of his “game”!
Dr. Brysacz himself is great! Very caring. His staff, besides the lady who does the lab work(she’s amazing), are awful. Calling them is a nightmare. Scheduling is a nightmare. Their phone system is a nightmare. Sometimes it just rings as busy with no way to leave a message. People just want friendly staff. Health issues are stressful and it’s so nice when the people you go to to get better care and are nice...
Total waste of my time. I seen a Nurse Practitioner Janice on my 1st visit. Told her my insurance pays for 90 day prescriptions. She wrote them as 30 day with three refills. Myself and my pharmacy contacted her office to fix it. By the third time I threatened to leave their office. My 2nd and final visit was to see Dr Brysacz about hernia surgery. I did the research into a surgeon that takes my insurance and that I want to see. Brysacz said if I don't hear back within a few days from their referral specialist call the office. I waited about five business days and was told she is a week behind. After waiting 12 calendar days I requested to speak with a manager and received no call back. You might as well drive to Mexico and treat yourself.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
