From the moment I received an appointment till my final examine I was totally impressed with all your staff. Everyone was very helpful, professional and most of all, very pleasant. It was awesome to deal with a company that treated everyone with respect. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Thanks for making me feel like a person, not a number.

I understand you have a new computer system but I had to wait a full hour before being seen. The staff was very kind and helpful but possibly too many patients are being scheduled as the office makes this transition of the system.

Very quick and efficient visit. Hardly anyone waiting. They saw me quickly and did a thorough exam. Dr. Kowalski even noticed I had an eyelash in each eye that was scratching my cornea. He removed those!

I had surgery for a chalazion and the process was very easy. Hodges made sure I was numb before performing anything on my eye. Solid 5 stars from me. Thank you Hodges.

Everyone was polite and professional. I never felt rushed and feel that my questions were answered thoughtfully. Only one thing, I wish the office wasn’t a half hour late with my appointment. If the staff is running late I would appreciate a phone call/text would be helpful as had quite a busy day scheduled.
