List of Vance Sanders's Reviews
Insufferably rude, inattentive, and condescending. He will probably go out of business very soon.
Great experience! Doesn’t rush you in and out, very accommodating when needing meds refilled, good doctor!
I am new in Arizona and was sent here by the insurance company so I did not know what to expect. Dr. Sanders was wonderful. He changed my medications so now my hypertension is under control. Definitely not after money as my next appointment and lab work were made for after I am on Medicare. Had a wait but that seems to be the case with all primary care physicians nowadays. I am a long time health care professional so it takes a lot to impress me.
I've had no issues with Dr. Sanders as a doctor, he's always treated me well. Having said that, his appointment times are often running late and today was the last straw for me. I'm a teacher who's time is precious. When I take time away from work, I expect people to respect their appointment times. The reception staff doesn't even bother to tell you they are running late when you check in. When it got to be 20 minutes past my appointment time, I said I have to leave and reschedule. The next time they could give me was March. Unacceptable.
sanders do not take care of patients in ethical, professional, human manner. If you are sick / in pain and need a referral to specialist, he wont see you without few weeks wait ( as any other patient who just need annual exam) and won’t give a referral to you either. So you’ll end up going to emergency care and paying out of pocket. Because HE DOES NOT CARE. When I told his practice manager that I’ll be moving all my family to another provider, she hang up on me. This place is a mess.
I just got tired of him lecturing me about the covid vac. This dr is Obese and he's lecturing me on my health! Come on!
Dr Sanders does not care about patients at all. In past I visited him only for my annual, I’m pretty healthy. Today I came to him with back pain which last 1 week. He rejected to see me because he fully booked for entire week. He told me do x Rey at urgent care (which would cost me 250$ without referral). When I asked give me at least referral so I can go to specialized x Ray place and eliminate out of pocket expense, he rejected again explaining that he needs to see me in order give referral. Orange Grove is useless in case if you need them. There is no such a thing as making exception for patient in pain. They just don’t care
he knows his stuff! i've since sent my husband to him who loves him! next i am sending my adult daughter. we all have past medical backgrounds and so we know a good one when we see one! his staff is great, too - very responsive
Been going to him for 3 years now. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see him. Today I arrived early after switching my insurance so knew I had some paperwork to fill out. I was called back into a room 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Then waited another 20 minutes for him to come in. As he comes in... He has the audacity to ask me if waiting 20 minutes was "too much to wait?" I said excuse me and he said he usually runs about an hour late so he thought he was doing good by running 20 mins late... Seriously!? I have a 4 month old at home with a sitter while I waited 40 minutes for you? Have some respect for peoples time and lives! For a long standing client to wait over an hour for a 10 minute appointment seems ridiculous! And then to be reprimanded for asking why he is running late... bad practice. love the office but I will never see him again... What a piece of work!
Dr Sanders always takes the time to explain the answers to my questions and is listening to what I say. I would highly recommend Dr Sanders.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
