A blood draw appt, I waited over 2 hours for just a blood draw. Apparently they scheduled it wrong. Went in 2 weeks later for results, they told me I am having a physical. Nobody told me. They also said that something happened and the blood was not analyzed. Have to redraw the blood. Not acceptable. This for my HSA money. I may have lost out on over $1000 to my HSA because of them.

I have many complex health issues. Yet Dr. Weaver always listens without rushing or judging me. He knows me. That means, he reads my chart BEFORE he sees me to find out what is new. He truly cares about me and is compassionate. And, he takes the time to find the best treatment or specialist for me and follows up. I am fortunate to have Dr. Weaver taking care of me.

Waited over an hour with an appointment to be asked to reschedule. This office was completely ok with wasting my time and then turning away business. Will never return and am highly dissatisfied. Only go there if you're willing to waste your time!
