Vivian Castillo's Online Review Report Card

She is easy to talk to & loved going to her for check up & colds. If your just looking to go to someone for basic issues she's great but if you have problems good luck. She sent me to a heart Dr for a stress test when having pressure in the upper left side of my chest. The heart Dr was surprised that no xrays were scheduled to look at my chest as well as the stress test so he had xrays done to rule out lung problems too. My stress test was perfect & xrays showed lungs were great but there was a lump big enough for the radiology results to recommend an CT scan for the lump but after 2 wks of trying to get a referral from Dr Castillo for a CT scan I left for another doctor. She even went as far as calling the heart Dr & telling him he had to request my CT scan if it needed to be done & never once called me to say anything. I'm going on week 3 & still have no clue what this lump in my chest is. Could be CANCER but I have no clue. I see my new dr tomorrow.

I have been going here for years.. Dr castillo does not do what she needs to do. I have been in pain for months. She has sent me to several different places that wont accept me. Shes a nice lady but i dont suggest her being someones doctor. She looked me right in my face and told me that it would be best for me to find another doctor because she cant help me! What a messed up doctor.

Horrible medical practice! No one answers phone calls. Doctor cannot keep her staff-shorthanded. Patients wait for hours to see doctor even with appointments. Doctor does not care or listen to her patients. Ask for a doctor note, will make you wait for 30 days. Will not urgent refill meds even if you run out. Will not recommend Dr Castillo at all!

I like Dr. Castillo very much, she listens to me and downs make me feel ridiculous. She is very patient and the wait time is slim to none.

I have tried for a week now to get a appointment and I can't get anyone to call me back

it is very rude and unprofessional to be kept waiting for over 2 1/2 hrs the last 3 appointments even after booking first appt of the day or after lunch. I am also sick of the way she treats her employees. She yells at them for mistakes that should be addressed out of the hearing of patients. She cannot accept any negative feedback whatsoever. Her answering machine gives you a number to call after hours that never works. She doesn't care anymore. I have gone to er for over 15 years and I am now out of here.

unprofessional doctor and staff. keeps you waiting well past your appointment. staff doesn't answer the phone..it just rings or you are put on hold indefinitely until you just hang up. if you do get to leave a message dr never calls you back. no one seems to like their job, patients or the office. I am going to find a new PCP after 15 years. My time needs to be respected the same way I have always respected yours.

nobody answers the phone. rings off the hook or you are put on hold indefinitely. nobody cares. you wait over 2 hours past your appointment time and I ended up seeing a medical student. Dr popped in to say she concurred with the diagnosis of the student. her staff is incompetent for the most part and they don't seem to care about you or the job. I am sick of the unprofessionalism and am going elsewhere. Dr Castillo doesn't seem to like her job anymore . Your patients are not an unnecessary evil. show us some respect...our time is valuable too. I waited over 2 hrs for my las appointment to find out you weren't even in the building. I think your staff could have told us that

Doctor Castillo expedited my prescription, so I could go buy my meds in Mexico.After all it is a lot cheaper and it's the same if you were to buy in the USA.Saved me about 500 dollars.Thank you Dr.Castillo and staff.

I really like Dr. Castillo. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of common sense. She is patient and spends time asking questions to completely understand your needs. It's obvious she cares for her patients.
