Four stars because I don’t like going to the dentist But they have very professional Personnal.

My daughter and I went in for an orthodontics consultation. Keep in mind that we were offered this appointment. We did not ask for this appointment. When we arrived. We were taken back to see the orthodontist who explained what was going on, answered our questions and then put us in a room to have somebody come in and give us the estimate for braces and Invisalign. We waited in this room for about 10 minutes before the so-called office manager asked us to go back to the lobby and that she would be with us in a moment when she called us up to the front desk, she asked for our dental insurance and then proceeded to rattle off a bunch of numbers that the braces would be 3400. I have a $1500 benefit and with a discount blah blah blah something about $1000 and she asked if we wanted to see if we could be approved my response was can we get the paperwork and look it all over and then we’ll let you know so she prints out the so-called estimate hand it to us. We walk out the door without looking at it and it’s not even an estimate. The paper is completely blank except for where it says gold brace is $3400. There’s no information about a discount. There’s no information about my insurance benefits and there is no information about Invisalign. I called in. I was hung up on the first time I called back and spoke with a lady who informed me that the person helping us was the office manager that she was currently busy and she would get back to us. I asked the lady to take my email and contact information so that she could just type up the estimate and then just email it to me so I could review when I was ready. It has been three days later and I have not received anything. this office manager needs to learn to be more courteous to their patients.

Awful place. Got a root canal and I had pain after I let it be and even went back 2 times to tell the specialist that it hurt. She dismissed me and suggested an unnecessary root canal for the tooth next to it. I finally went to a specialist and right away he saw they had missed a root. Don't go here.

I haven’t been here for over 3yrs today I had an appointment and the staff is allot more friendly than before I give it a five star

Absolute nightmare to deal with this chain. The corporate office gives totally different answers from the physical location, appointments made get cancelled, billing discrepancies.

Three years ago I recieved a cleaning and a wisdom tooth removal. I was given a payment plan (my portion of the bill). I paid this over the course of 12 months. When the last payment was made, I was verbally told I DID NOT OWE ANYTHING. Now, there is a $1,014 collection attempt being made. I was insured at the time, and your office was in-network. I have contacted my prior insurance and they are saying you never billed them or filed a claim for services rendered. You bet your butt i am gathering all the documentation/information needed to dispute this! This is on you, and I will not allow you to come after me for 1) money I do not owe 2) you failed to bill them properly or file. As far as I knew, the insurance half was already taken care of (or at least, should have already realisitcally been billed BEFORE the procedure was even done and the first payment was made). You guys are shady and will not be recieving my business again. You're not getting my money either.

I see why this place has such low reviews. Just don't do it. Your front line staff sets the tone for how you feel being treated at any place of service. Broad in the front desk with the caterpillar lashes was acting dense and rude when I was trying to explain my situation rushing me. Then tried handing me paper work like no I won't need to fill out paperwork because I'm choosing NOT to give y'all my money now.. ALSO to add I see a comment below that pretty much confirms exactly what I went through my priority was a check up for wisdom removal NOT braces and the girl kept saying "you will be looked at for braces and then a check up cleaning another time" braces aren't my priority right now! I see why though more $$$$ for y'all if I get braces right?
