I have tried calling my primary care Dr 3 times the last two weeks with no response the next care physicians told me I need a referral, and they can't help me. I now will suffer from perminent hearing loss from an ear infection. My options givin are to play phone tag with my doctor who refuses to get back to me an conveniently closed on weekends. I hate this place. They clearly don't care about their patients.

Went to go for a full routine lab work and xrays. They didnt have anyway for me to recline or lay down so i got sent to lab quest. I never got my xrays done. The woman had a ton of attitude to someone who already has anxiety and epilepsy. Definately not going back to that location again

I had a televisit where I explained exactly what was goin and what I thought would be the best solution based on what previous doctors had said... instead of listening to me and taking the time to come address why I needed a sleep study she just assumed I couldn’t afford one probably because she saw a black person on the other end of the screen... it’s kind of sad that not only did the doctor not care but she rushed me off the phone when in the reason for my visit I listed the things I’d like to address... I’m still not sleeping but my check cleared so that is all that matters

Nothing special, I hear Bob Seger in my head saying feel like a number. Last visit on May 6th was a interesting experience. Caregiver seemed upset with me and didn't let me talk about all health issues. Did get report I needed in a timely matter. Did not seem to understand some of my concerns on treatment suggested, do have concerns about removing thyroid or radiation treatment.

Its take us 2 weeks for the appoiment which is not bad at all. Call us back and switch to different doctor Who did not except his insurance and want us to self pay . I told them that who ever switch his appoiment did a mistake ... Instead for apologize they just keep telling me do self pay .What a Horrible service ! By the way the gilr working in the frond desk is very rude , she not trying to work for what She supposed to do but Pushing me to do sefl pay

Every time we call the office and leave a message. We never a get a call back. We've been waiting for cidiff results for my father over 2 weeks. When I know as a MA myself those results dont take that long. There's also several other occasions where my parents don't get calls back in timely manner. It's so frustrating. We will be changing them PCPs asap
