New patient with him. Same review as the person above. I got an annual physical. Didn't check anything. Basically "you look healthy." Blood work didn't include cholesterol or prostate screen, my chief concerns. The actual physical exam was about 3 minutes. The rest was paper work. Not thorough ar all.

Good doctor, very bad staff. The worst health care team I ever experienced. They don't call back, poor telephone skills, seem to be chatting with other staff instead of focusing on the patient, you tell them something and I don't think they write it down or relate it to doc. always seem confused. In my opinion, the job seems too big for their skill-level.

Went to Dr Swetnam upon moving to this area. As a new patient he seemed to me to do the bare minimum . Did not take any real interest in my history. He did renew meds and order blood test but when i mentioned some morning back pain he didnt respond or show much interest. Staff was polite as was the dr. However im used to medical people who take more of an interest in their patients. Would not recommend.

I like Dr. Swetman. He asks the right questions in such a way that it isn't intimidating and he seems to understand, almost before I went into much detail. All in all, I'd give him a rating of 5 and I'll be going back to him. I like the fact he has experience.
