Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Aspen Surgery Center staff as I had my third sinus surgery there and the staff was so kind and informative. I also wanted to say Thanks for the get well card, it was very nice to know that people truly care 😊
If you are looking for PT satisfaction on a discharge this review isn't so great. I went to drop off and collect my friend after surgery. My friend went in at 11 and I was told she would be done by 5. I of course get here to collect her at 4:45pm so I am on time and don't hold up other patient pick ups. Not only do I not get a call after her surgery telling me how it went or how long they thought she would be in recovery, I had to call into them at 5:25 and 6:00pm checking to see if she was okay and if they needed any help explaining discharge instructions as she would be out of it. Not only am I still waiting at 6:08pm, the excuse I received was "I'm sorry but the phone keeps ringing"So.....if you are expecting fabulous communication, prompt or even in the ballpark discharge time, don't. Just make sure you have the ENTIRE day to wait after they tell you to be there.
The medical team at the Aspen Surgery Center is PHENOMENAL!! I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional care of me for my procedure a week ago! Everyone was so warm, friendly, and caring that my jitters, regarding my first colonoscopy, melted away. I especially want to thank Dr. Ghorbani, Dr. Poage, and the entire team of nurses--specifically Michaela, James, & my nurse friend with the curly salt & pepper hair--for their impressive expertise, excellent skill & wonderful bedside manner. My whole experience was incredible & the procedure was efficient & seamless. As I was being discharged, I seriously wanted to hug my doctors & nurses, just out of sheer gratitude for their kindness & from relief that everything went so well.
I recently had surgery here on April 20th I was treated so well with so much care... I really appreciate the nurses that helped me. One nurse in particular that was talking to me about how her brother loved bad bunny LOL cause I was in my bad bunny shirt before and after surgery. this place is amazing! And 100% trustworthy.
March 10 2021 had my eye surgery God answered my prayers landed with the best staff words cannot describe thanks to Dr Mira Lim Dr Poague michelle Elizabeth lizzie kara kaila aileen love u guys JOB WELL DONE
My husband went in for a procedure which went ok. The issue arose afterwards when the nurse called me on the phone for discharge. We were planning on taking an Uber home as our car was being repaired at a local garage. The nurse did not listen to me and screamed hysterically that I can't drive (I can but hard to do without a car), that I am a liar (not sure what I supposedly lied about), that my husband can't get an Uber (after I told her I was going to get one) and that I am forcing my husband to drive under influence and breaking the law (hard to force a sedated patient to drive a car that is physically not there). This was not the case and I tried to explain the situation a third time but she kept screaming at me. She then gave me a phone number to call when the Uber got there which I called and she didn't even pick up because apparently she had gone on lunch break in those 5 min of her yelling at me and the Uber getting there. Very unprofessional, awful nurse that needs to get fired. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. The number she gave me was 2018416
Horrible traumatic experience. Resources lack attention to details. After surgery, I was in excruciating pain without nursing support. When the nurse came around, she told me she taking care of someone else who was more important.!?. When I was ready to leave, I sat in a wheelchair for 10 minutes, waiting (precovid).
I just had surgery to have my gallbladder removed. It was a scary thought of having to undergo my first surgery, but to be honest, I don't think I could have asked for a better place. I felt safe and secured the whole time there. The staff were all friendly, even when undertaking this all in the midst of a pandemic. I'm very grateful for the staff at the center. You guys are awesome and to my nurse Tom, and my surgeon Steven M. Young and my anesthesiologist whose name unfortunately escapes my brain at the moment, you guys were the absolute best! Thank you for your service to my health! Forever grateful!
I've been here several times and it's very clean and well organized. The nurses, anesthesiologists, front desk are all wonderful. Bonnie was a great nurse!
Staff was caring and attentive. I felt I had the best of care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
