If I could give 0 stars I would. He is a terrible excuse for a doctor. His mannerisms are bad, he’s nasty, and he unwelcomingly grabbed my arm in the citrus springs office when I flipped out after seeing him. He is not my doctor. I’ve been with villacastin since 04. After waiting a week to get in to see this doctor I don’t know, they don’t even tell me a student will be examining me. In the end I walked out screaming bc he refused to prescribe antibiotics or refill my medicine.

This doctor Lorenzo will be reported to Medicare by me and my spouse ...as others HERE...I agree 100 % he prescribed wrong meds for me and I could of had a heart attack with wrong meds..HORRIBLE DR ...HORRIBLE Staff ...Dr doesn't care won't listen to needs of medical history ...treated us like idiots. .DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. A complete nightmare ..from a older lady and her spouse...

Doctor Lorenzo does not care ONE BIT ABOUT PATIENTS.. I HAVE VARIOUS SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A REFERRAL.. prescribed the wrong medication and dosage terrible bedside matters will never go there again a waste of time..didn't care to listen to my medical needs.. just terrible

Staff failed to order refills and failed to provide names of specialists. Terrible system at work his office. Very difficult to communicate with the doctor. Visit was a total waste of time. His attitude was go visit a pharmacy, even though he was told that we had tried that but with no success. He sent three people to see me before appearing himself. When he finally showed up (two hours late) he didn't bother to bring his computer and had no idea of the results of the previous visit.
