I am new in town and I called this place to get information of possible making an appointment, well I didn’t even get passed the receptionist. She flat out told me she had other calls waiting and for me to either make an appointment, which consultation is $200.00 or she didn’t have time to answer my questions. You may be a great doctor, BUT.. I will never know because of the lack of professionalism with your staff.Doctor, she doesn’t care, she still gets her pay at the end of the week. It’s you that should take these negative reviews at heart. It’s your business!!!!

Staff is probably the worst I have ever seen anywhere. As far as the doctor he speaks well, but when a doctor tells you "I cant help you, and responds with its not going to hurt you regarding my pain..thats horrible. Did nothing for me but refer me to other Doctors

I'm reading these reviews and they're just not making sense. Dr.Bert is the man. the staff is on point too. Best thing that's happened to me is coming here . Must be Karens and Kevins writing these negative reviews

Worst office I have ever seen. My 89 year old father has gone to dr e for 5 years. He is acutely ill today and the office will not talk to us because they are “in a meeting” until 1100. We told them it was an emergency but they did not care. We had to take him to the ER. In the past it has been easier to drive to the office than call them on the phone for basic physician services

He doesn't keep his telemedicine appointments - my mother has been waiting since Monday it is now Thursday after 5 PM - everyday she calls and they say he'll call you today and still nothing! So sad for the Elderly!! And the way they talk to her and treat her when she calls is condescending- no care involved!

My husband and I have been seeing the Evangelista family for many years and they obviously follow high level standard of care. My husband had been to several physicians and specialists and finally found the best in the Evangelistas. They are honest and forthright with whatever we need to know. It's nice to know they feel the same way we do about the big box health care system. A friend had referred me to them many years ago because of the quality care they received and they did not disappoint.

Sometimes you have to wait a while, but the Dr's are great! They really care about you as a patient you're not just a number.

Average wait time is 90 minutes or more. There is no concern for personal time or inconvenience. If you want to reschedule you're going to wait some times weeks for a new opening.
