Staff is friendly despite the other things people have to say. Putting aside my own feelings, I can understand why they act the way they have. Aside from this, Dr. Meri is kind and always willing to help, even with someone like me who seems to figure out different issues with myself every other week. Would reccomend.

I really enjoy having him as my primary doctor. He listens, he cares. The follow ups for any results are always available quickly, which is always nice.

I have been with Dr. Meri since early 2000 and I left to TX and relocated back to Yuma and I continue to have him as my PCP. He is Dr. that truly cares about his patients. He has not just been my PCP but also my mother's and has always treated both of us very well and with the best care a PCP can have for his / her patients. His staff is amazing, while there is many patients they work as fast as they can to assist everyone of us. Sometimes we must wait a little longer but it is not their fault the wait time to our insurance is long ... etc but their customer service is always intact. I couldn't thank Dr. Meri & his staff for all they do for my mother and myself.

Dr.Meri has been my family doctor for many years. His service is absolutely great. If you want great service, someone who listens to your health needs, Dr. Meri, is the doctor to go to, he is never in a hurry always has time to listen to what you have to say and the best remedy for your health needs

My mother sees this doctor. And he refuses to sign fmla paperwork so I can watch her. Front office move so slow. Not a very caring atmosphere at all. Wouldn’t recommend this doctor.

The receptionists are super lazy. I was given a prescription in November that was supposed to have been faxed to my pharmacy. 3 months later I still had not received my prescription. After calling several times and requesting them to send the prescription to my pharmacy with no success, I was finally forced to go in to the office and get a handwritten one that I then had to deliver to the pharmacy myself. Not only that, time after time, I was forced to do the legwork of getting referrals and taking them to doctors I needed to see. It's not my job to do this. They should not be so lazy they can't fax a referral to another doctor. Finally, after becoming exasperated with the level of laziness, I filed a grievance with my insurance company, and soon after received a letter from Dr. Meri stating that I had to find another doctor. Needless to say, I definitely will NEVER refer anyone to this doctor or even set foot in his office again.
