Chieh Hsin Lin's Online Review Report Card

Has been my general physician for at least 10 years and has provided prompt service, rapid recall of our previous discussions and medical history, and accurate diagnoses and correct referrals.

I had the rudest experience ever this morning at Dr. Lin's office. After calling to determine that Dr. Lin did in fact speak Chinese I was instructed to pick up a new patient intake package for my Chinese friend. I arrived at the front desk and asked for a new patient package. That began the 3rd degree that commenced with what kind of insurance? And, as i did not have that information I said that we could bring that in with the completed new patient package (3 pages) as required prior to booking an appointment. They indicated that without insurance information they could not give me the new patient intake. And so on, and so on and so on. They would have made the most inept government office you've ever been to look positively friendly and customer service oriented. If I saw my front office treating customers in this manner...i would fire them on the spot for unprofessional conduct and willful malfeasance. As I left, I had to remind myself that the troops reflect the attitude and manner of the boss...I called my friend and said to forget it. Who pays their wages when the boss has no patients?

Dr Lin has always been very thorough and takes her time to listen to me. Few Drs do that anymore. She is very conscientious and knowledgable and I am very happy she is my Dr.

Dr Lin is awesome, But their coder is rude and obnoxious. I spoke to an older woman on the phone previously and she said there was a new coder and would be informed to resubmit an incorrectly coded bill to YRMC. I started receiving bills from YRMC for Wellness tests that are 100% covered. Now I get a bill from Dr Lin’s office for a tele-health that was for the results of my Wellness tests and Humana says there should be no charge for that either. When I called today the young woman or younger than the previous woman I talked to, I was told there were no mistakes and that I talked to her previously and never mentioned a bad code. Dr Lin you need help and that coder should Never talk to your patients like she did me. If this problem on coding and Miss charges is not taken care of we,my husband and I will find another Doctor to go to. My name is Sondra P. And my husband is Steve P. You’ll be able to find us and I would appreciate a call and let me know this problem has been taken care of. If I continue to receive bill that has not been corrected I will call the BBB and complain.

Dr Lin is an excellent doctor :) Friendly and thorough. She spent plenty of time with me in our first visit, never felt rushed. Explained things clearly. Has a good sense of humor, too. The office people were friendly, and seemed to run things efficiently. No long wait, and the office was not crowded with patients.

Dr Lin listens and is very knowledgeable. She has treated me with respect and her staff are all very helpful. I arrive on time and never wait more than 5 minutes to see her.

Dr. Chieh Lin is the best family doctor you can find in Yuma, Az!

I've been a patient of Dr Lin for almost 7 years she takes the time that's necessary to listen into give you the information that you need sometimes you do have to wait longer than your appoint time but that's because she takes the time necessary for each patient to deal with their medical needs she listens and it's not like some doctors that are arrogant and don't listen to the patient at all she deserves 5 stars I've been 100% happy put the seven years I've been with her our staff is friendly and in my case goes above and beyond their normal duties due to physical disabilities that I have they scheduled my appointments they listen to my requirements for appointments I wish all doctors wear like Dr Lin

Dr. Lin is very personable and explains everything very well and also listens. I recommend her highly to anyone and everyone.
