Dr. Sison was very informative and went above and beyond for my child with ASD and ADHD. Made him feel safe and made me feel heard as the mom.

Cynthia Sison was very rude. She is not kid friendly whatsoever.

First time visit after switching our 6 year old to a New Provider. We felt welcomed at check in, it was an easy & quick process. We didn't wait long at all. The Nurse Assistant was amazing with our daughter despite her being really nervous, etc. Dr. Sison was very pleasant, thorough, asked a lot of questions & made our daughter feel at ease! We're looking forward to building a long lasting relationship with all the great providers they have to offer! Thank you all!

My husband took our daughters to their first appointment with the pediatrician. He asked if she could please get them some Blood work done because their was thousand of labs they could have done so he just said forget it. She’s the dr she should know at the ages of 8 and 10 what should be tested. She didn’t even ask why he requested that. She also proceeded to check their private areas without any explanation. Never have I had that done at a Dr besides when they were babies. It’s fine she’s a Dr but explaining why she was doing it would have been appreciated. The girls were uncomfortable because she didn’t even tell them why. I will be requesting a new pediatrician.

Very fast and efficient. I made an appointment due to my baby not feeling well and having a fever. They had me in and out. Fastest I’ve ever been seen and out. All staff was nice and compassionate.

Front desk is amazing! All employees are exceptional! Hard to find service like that these days.

I was unable to get off work in time so I had my child’s step dad being home to his appointment and I met them there so that we were not late. They refused to let him in as he wasn’t on the paperwork. I corrected that as soon as I got there. However even tho he is listed as step parent, every time I want him to take my child to the dr I have to sign a note. What’s the lint of listing someone as a step parent if they still have to have a note? I’ve had my child’s shot records sent to your office 5 times and each time after when I’ve had to bring my child to be seen I’m told they don’t have a copy of his records. However, I’ve had to get copies of his shot records from this office on occasion to take to the school. So how does an office lose private information 5 times in 5 years? This is inexcusable. I want to add that the provider was fabulous. The ladies up front were nice as well. This had more to do with the policies then the provider or staff.

Dr. Sison is so great with my baby, always takes the time to explain things and has times for questions. I love how straight forward she is and re assures me when things are normal. Thank you!
