Front office is horrible. Doesn't answer phone calls and puts patients on hold without returning. Please get some competent individuals on staff !

4 minutes ago Dr. Caropreso-is a poor excuse for Urologist. I scheduled appointments while I was deployed in Afghanistan and was assured by his staff that I can be accommodated and there’ll be no issues with the schedule. When i got home, I asked if I can schedule the surgery, I was informed that due to the pandemic the hospitals are busy and couldn’t accommodate close to the time I needed to be back to Afghanistan or I’d lose my job. I kept emphasizing the sense of urgency, time, and the pain I was in. Knowing my time was limited, Dr. Caropreso and his staff don’t care about me as his patient. I showed up to his office after my CT scan and he stated that he could do the procedures in his office, come to find out that he couldn’t do what he told me and he said that he will be in touch. Days had passed and nothing, not even a call to show empathy and once again I was on time crunch and he and his staff didn’t care. I had to scramble to find another urologist to do my surgery due to the pain I was in and so I would not lose my kidneys as well as my time limit in AZ. Dr. Caropeso refused to give me an examination to see why I was in a great deal of pain when I was trying to ask for pain medication as he stated that he had not seen me in a year however, he was very much aware of my medical condition while he scolded me like a child and I can hear from his voice that he was upset because I asked for him to call me. However he was quick to charge my insurance company for his poor service. He is a dangerous to the public and the community, I would not recommend him to anyone that needs a urologist. Dr. Caropeso should have his License to practice taken away and no other patient deserve to be treated the way I was treated.

David Caropresso is a coward, a liar, and the worst physician I have ever encountered. My suspicion is that he has no real conscience. He practices medicine like a cowboy.

Dr. Caropreso provided a high level of caring and skill. He listens and explains well. I consider him top-notch and would not hesitate to recommend him as a urologist and surgeon.

I highly recommend him as your personal Urologist. So far, our experience with him was emergent as he was on-call the day I took my mom to the ER for a blocked kidney stone and infection. She was admitted quickly and the procedure needed to relieve the infection was so fast and successful. He was thorough with his explanation of a complete solution and recovery process that was best for her situation an health. I don't review much but this was top notch care. We have not followed-up but I anticipate exceptional care once again. Follow up after the procedure was 5 stars though!

Dr. Caropresso is as good as it gets.He listens well, takes the time to educate his patients and is an excellent surgeon. I am glad he is my doctor
