Got there 15 minites before my baby's appointment and had to wait one hour before seen. Meanwhile people that arrive after me got to go in first. Lady at the front desk was on the phone and not even paying attention.

Dr. Bellot is my kids primary physician. Her office is well organized and staff is very attentive. She accepts walk-in and is good about scheduling visits to fit your schedule. Is very attentive with kids and their needs.

My wife and I took our son to Dr. Bellot for over three years. Then they sent a bill to the wrong address, did not attempt to contact us otherwise, sent us to collections, then refuse to correct the issue. What is worse is that the office "manager" I spoke to lied about where the bill was sent, which doesn't make any sense because we can see the address that the bill was sent to. Considering how small of a town Yuma is, and given the fact that this is a small business, it is shocking how poorly they treat their clients.

Dr. Bellot is good but her staff is awful. They're rude and you're put on hold for long times. I recently found out I had a bill on collections. I called to ask why they NEVER sent me a bill or called me, the girl was extremely rude and said they did but when I asked for a copy she conviniently said it would take a few days. Never going back because I can't trust her staff to do their job.
