i had an over-the-phone appointment at 2:30pm and waited all day for them to call me back about my labs. Never got a call. i called multiple times just for them to say they're with a patient and they'll call me today. I'm also a patient with an appointment. Why was i pushed off to the side for hours for other patients? If i was this late to my appointment i would have been fined or dropped as a patient. At least have the decency and professionalism to call and reschedule.

Excellent.Thorough, Quality care. You may wait a bit in the office to be seen but you can count on you and your loved ones being treated by the doctors like you’re their own family.

I am looking for a PCP. Im new in town and need medical primary care. I keep calling, and I get put on hold without anyone answering the call or let me know they are busy. Its unsat.

Most incompetent Dr. Office I have ever encountered in my life. They somehow lost my insurance information like 3x. I really needed them to submit a referral to my insurance to be seen by a specialist a d I was told after a month that it had already been done twice (when it had not) then was told "oh its cause we don't have any insurance on file". I never got the referral done. The doctor herself was nice but the one time I was seen it took over an hour past my scheduled appointment to even be seen. ...I had my toddler with me. Do not recommend. Switching providers.

Very thorough and compassionate doctor. She takes her time with me at each visit. She's also fit me in when I have a more urgent concern.

Since my primary care physician Dr Clark passed away, I have been with Dr. Jem for 9 months. I have nothing but good things about and her staff. The staff is pleasant and helpful and Dr. Jem has been nothing but helpful. As an adult, I realize any doctor can not know everything about a patient for 2 office visits. She is very complete in her exams. She is very concerned and truly has a sincere interest in the old 70 year old. Thank you Dr. Jem.

Patient Doctor interaction is great... when you can actually see them. I’ve tried twice now to get in with my primary doctor there and each time I’m told I’ll have to wait a month or more for an appointment. I became a patient with them not long after they came to Yuma. It’s clear they’ve taken too many patients. What’s the point of calling a doctor if you can’t be seen in a reasonable time. If you do manage to get in don’t expect to see any of the other Doctors, they’ll only fit you in with the PA because their policy is to not have the other doctors see you. If you do get in with the PA expect to sit in the waiting room for an hour and then in one of their medical rooms for another thirty minutes.
