I found everyone upfront were so nice to me. The 3rd floor front office are really good people to me. I do notice that they raise their voices, but its because the elderly people can't hear them!

They treat patients with respect and provide good options for chronic pain. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Curry does an excellent job. He's a caring doctor.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time. My time is valuable as well. I was on hold for a scheduled video conference of all things for over half an hour. The wait times in the office are just as bad.

The office staff is rude. I brought this up to the Doctor and his was response was, "Well, yeah, they kind of are bit they're our first line of defense." What?! Defense?! Against patients?! You know, the folks who pay all of your salaries... I need to clarify since this is a pain management doctor that I am not on ANY pain pills and was NOT there for that. I was there for a procedure called a RFA on my lower back. I am NOT a drug seeker and never have been. If this is considered acceptable behavior by these folks, then I am duty bound to inform everyone I can what kind of rude, disrespectful, cold environment you're walking into at Dr Curry's place. If any of you rude people (pretty much every one of you) who work there, read this, you need to know that you're dead wrong for acting that way whether the Doctor you work for says so or not.

Sent all records to office. 1/05/22, appointment with. Jeremy Butler FNP-C to review me My past history and present problem, he was very. Professional and pleasant. Appointment with d Dr Curry 1/5/22, first saw FNP-C ( sorry didn’t get his name) again made me feel comfortable and was professional and courteous). Waited about 1hour which I didn’t, have a problem with.. Not much conversation with dr. Curry, BUT 9 days after, my severe pain is controlled! This is what is important! I was surprised on discharge instruction that dr, Curry ‘s phone number was not given for emergencies. I would have hated going to Yuma emergency room from all the stories and nightmares people have relayed! I am very pleased with Dr. Currys’s procedure! Thank you
