I try to making appointments and they put me in hold for 10 min, after that they hang up me , I dialed again and answering machine answered me and the call was cut off , I made the call here because my doctor recommended this place, but if this is the beginning, I don’t want to imagine the end.

Trying to set an appointment, had left on hold for 15 minutes so I called back, the answering machine said the office was closed for lunch from 12 to 1, it’s only 11:20.

Though not scheduled, Doc Duggan identified several issues, performed a minor outpatient procedure, and had me back to my "Jingle-Jam" inside of thirty minutes. Doc Duggan 's work ethic, I believe warrants nothing short of a hearty Outstanding. Thank you, ma'am, well done.

Broke my toe, staff was great / friendly. Dr. Duggan is very sincere / friendly, puts you at ease. They handle everything on site, total time 1hr.

Not impressed with the office. My original appointment was cancelled by the doctor the day before I was to be seen. I was rescheduled a few weeks out. I never received a confirmation call/email/text(apparently there is a new system which isn't working); so I called to confirm my appointment and was told I had missed it that day. There was no offer to assist or help or assist me, instead I was encouraged to go elsewhere. Which is what I'll be doing.

First visit with Dr Duggan and the experience was wonderful. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Took care of my problem right away. After suffering for a couple weeks now 24 hours latter doing so much better. Set me up for a follow up in a month.

Rosie is so rude and very unhelpful. I have tried to make my appointment with them multiple times and she is just so unhelpful and lazy. Says my name doesn't sound familiar and therefore can not locate my referral. I Asked her to look and she said she could but she would have to place me on hold for a long time. Then she came back saying no, we dont have it!! Like I said I've tried multiple times to book but with the service provided something easy has been something impossible. So I finally decided to change doctors sadly and all because of of an unhelpful Rosie!
