Most inefficient office and reception. They don’t send out referrals or return messages. Other medical offices and testing labs are also frustrated dealing with this practice. They force you to go to YRMC for all tests. After 3 months of frustration moved to a practice in Tempe, all tests were done same day.

First off they made an appt a year ahead and when I go to appt I get told it's been changed (no prior notification no call or voice mail Second ihave to wait another 5 months for an opening and then guess what you got it I get call your dr. Has to change your appt again not a couple of days but another month

Dr Ramirez is extremely rude and verbally abusive.

Very knowledgible and great personality. But, he made a comment and called me "Miss Lymphoma" which I was upset by. This incident happened in the hallway and many employees were present. This is a privacy issue related to another illness I have. I liked him despite this and think he was very thorough in relation to giving me tests regarding my problems.
