I arrived in a lot of pain & fairly apprehensive about the first procedure with this M.D. but his entire staff seemed well prepared, professional and put me at ease right away. They answered my questions in clear concise terms which added to my comfort level. The medical assistants prepped me and when Dr. Stevens arrived, he was courteous and exhibited a calming bedside manner. I mention this because I have high blood pressure and suffer from hypertension so it was nice to have a relaxing atmosphere in that room. The procedure was not bad at all and relatively quick. Mahalo to Dr. Stevens and your staff for your kind manner and helping me. I look forward to my next visit, Sincerely Kirkwood Stuart DeBolt

Dr. Donaldson was very helpful.

The doctor was nice and calming. Support staff didn't seem as supportive until an accident happened on the premises and things seemed to matter after that. We are concerned that we did not receive written directions on what to expect or be on the lookout for. I had to ask about restrictions for my spouse .
