Best Dr I’ve ever met

First off this Dr.??? has completely forgot the “First do no harm oath” that she took when she first became a Dr.??? . You can see her one time, and she seems very caring, and your next visit is a complete different experience. After seeing her for sever pain in my hip and back due to a sports injury, she offered no help, and her last word to me was, “If it gets worse go to the ER ( which is where I ended up) she is no longer my Dr. ??? As stated the wait times are unacceptable, and the office, and exam rooms ( not to mention the restrooms) are filthy. She needs to go on sabbatical and stay there.

I highly recommend Dr. Muzyka She is my primary care physician in Yuma. She is so thorough and reassuring. I love how she only refers you to a specialist if she has to. Example: She looked over all my skin for cancer spots and did not refer me to a dermatologist as my primary at my home in Washington State would have done. Saved me time and saved me a copay. She doesn't cut short a visit, she makes you feel you are the most important patient she has.

Wait times are horrendous, appt 3:20 arrived 3:10 still waiting 5pm, never ever again, might as well drive to another city. Told wife we will find another place and Dr. no exaggeration at all.

This woman has anger management issues and impulse control issues. I'm 66 and have NEVER been treated so badly. I merely asked if there was a test that verified I had the flu, because none of the meds she prescribed were helping days after I finished them. She started YELLING at me, that I needed to be more patient! Telling me "I'm not GOD you know! Even out in the reception area in front of her staff and other waiting patients she was loudly ranting at me. It was embarrassing and humiliating. You couldn't pay me to go back there. Then she bills almost $1100. for one brief visit. Her exam rooms are not clean or up to code either. Worst excuse for a doctor ever.

I have been a patient for Dr Muzyka for several years and when she came back from her vacation, I was really happy she was in service again. She is sadly overbooked, but the wait was worth it every time. Sadly Not living near anymore I had to find another doctot or acturally found one I had seen before. The only sad thing is what people see when they come in, is the 'lady' behind the desk. If you are lucky enough your medicine will go out soon, and if you need a refural, I'm sorry, but it's going to be a wait.But know this that things happen and just relax, bring a book, you will most times leave as I did with a smile and feeling great. I'ts a new day and I will miss. Seeing her abd her chearfull greating. God Bless Rer, but get a new front girl. You can do better. Keep cool. It's only ging to get worse. Right..j.

Sometimes the wait can be a little long but Dr. Muzyka takes the time to insure her patients concernes are addressed. My wife and I feel she is a great doctor. At least she never stands "with her hand on tre doorknob" like so many do today!

Dr. Muzyka is excellent, but the wait times are unreasonable. 2-3 hours behind appointment time on average.

Excellent staff and overall experience.
