Made appt to see doc nguyen to get lab orders submitted and 2 weeks later I get a call that he is officially overbooked. You need to reschedule. I did. 2 weeks later I get a call on Friday eminding me of a Monday appt. And did I get my labs done. I was told I could not get labs done without seeing the doc. This is absolutely unacceptable communication. I will find a new physician

I walked in with a minor issue, however, because it has never happened it was urgent I see a Dr. same day! I walked in, Alexis was very attentive and was able to get me seen by Dr. Nguyen right then. Very appreciative because I had been rejected by a few offices because of either no availability or no insurance. THANK YOU
