Dr Freeman has saved my life twice by diagnosing and removing 2 melanoma cancer areas from my skin in his office on two separate occasions. I was not even complaining from any thing when I went to him, he just found them on a routine checkup.
Dr.Freeman has helped me as a family physician figure out the right medicine when no other doctors could. Dr.Freeman has a very kind heart and will take the time to explain everything you don't understand.
Dr. Freeman is for the people. My family and I are truly blessed to be under his care. He healed me from Covid-19 and Pneumonia. He always checked on my status even when he was on vacation. His office is professional and resourceful. Prescriptions, x-rays, telehealth appointments; he helped me with everything I needed with urgency. I highly recommend him. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Freeman!
Went in for a vasectomy. Had a consult on Monday and was out of surgery Tuesday afternoon. He's very knowledgeable, he genuinely cares and puts his patients first. He's unlike any doctor I've visited. My only complaint is how expensive it was (1k membership fee for major procedures) which is why I can't give five stars. If you have the means to see him I highly recommend him. Wonderful man and an excellent doctor!
My family doctor was on an extended vacation over seas so I looked for another primary doctor in hopes to get seen for an urgent inflammatory issue of my joints. I looked up the reviews online and found Dr. Mitch Freeman. He only works from 8am-12pm. I walked into the office, opened the door and saw this guy standing at the receptionist counter womanizing with the office ladies. He looked like Sonny Barger, the founder of the Hells Angels motorcycle club. He turned to me and said, “You got the wrong place!” I replied, “No, I’m looking for Dr. Freeman.” He barked back at me and said, “Do you have an appointment?” I told him, “No, that’s why I’m here.” Then in a very rude and unfriendly way, he said I’d have to go back out to the parking lot to call and make an appointment. He gave me a business card. Needless to say, when I walked out of the office, I ripped up that card and left it at his front door. This guy gets 5 star reviews??? I wonder if his office staff and his buddies gave him those reviews to make him look better because his attitude is horrible! I gave him less than a one star review and would recommend the Arizona Medical Board have him drug tested.
NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. I always considered Dr Freeman to be my local Dr. I called needing some lab work done and to get an Army form filled out for deployment. I was told that because I hadn't see him in over 3 years I was considered a new patient and I needed to be seen in person, which I was happy to do. I was told he is only assisting established patients over the phone because of covid. I asked the office manager if they could refer me to someone who could help me and was told they don't do that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
